How much weight can I lose?

First, we prioritize fat loss over weight loss. Our aim is always to maintain/gain muscle mass while losing body fat and improving water ratios.

Our average client loses 20% of their body fat in 8 weeks. We’ve had men lose as much as 60% of their fat in that time and women as much as 40%. Even these people gained muscle!

While you don’t have to be perfect, you will get out what you put in. Drinking alcohol, eating fast food and processed sugar will all hinder your results.

Will this work for any age?

Yes. Establishing healthy habits should be a priority for anyone, regardless of age. The principles we teach are applicable to children and adults alike. Our clients range in age from 14-80+.

If you are under the age of 18 (14 or older), you may register here to work with a coach, but you will need parental consent when you meet with your coach.

Do I have to workout?

No, but you definitely should. Quite simply, nutrition and fitness go hand-in-hand. The CDC cites 4 major contributors to chronic disease: tobacco use, excessive alcohol use, poor nutrition, and a lack of physical activity.

The good news is that you have full control over each of these things.

Your results will be exponentially better when combining exercise done at relative intensity with proper nutrition. Intensity looks different for everyone as each person’s ability level is unique. Workout in such a way that it pushes you at least a little bit. Mix things up and combine aerobic exercise with some sort of strength or resistance training.

How long does the program last?

Our average client works with a coach for 9 months. Some have been with their coach for years, while others work with us for a few months.

Through years of coaching, we know that it takes a minimum of 90 days to lay a foundation that will last. For that reason, our initial educational campaigns, and target goals, are set for 90 days.
